My life, education, and corporate career have all merged seamlessly into the real estate industry as I became a buyers' agent and then most recently a listing agent on Carolinas Dream Team. I was in the corporate retail business for 10 years which allowed me to master negotiating high-stakes deals, analyze market trends, overly communicate during multi-faceted projects, and build great relationships along the way. My husband and I moved to the Fort Mill, SC area after being born and raised in freezing cold Cleveland, OH; best move ever! After finding a home and having a family of my own, I came to realize the next step in my life was a career change that allowed me to help others, but still, utilize my robust skill set. This led me to real estate where I am now able to help educate and advocate for my sellers on a daily basis while being on a team with 45+ years of experience! I take the time to understand my client's needs and motivation in order to sell for the best price and the least amount of stress possible. After reviewing pricing based on similar properties recently sold, the condition of their home, and current market condition, we discuss the best marketing strategy to get their home sold! With my client's best interest in the forefront, I aggressively negotiate on their behalf, the BIGGEST achievement is seeing their faces on closing day when they see their hard work pay off in the equity of their home.
